・You must be 18+ to purchase anything on Chaerii's Store.

・ALL SALES ARE FINAL Once you make a purchase you are agreeing to my terms of service listed.

・Refunds are not available for any purchases. Chaerii is not liable to refund purchases with customer errors.

・Using Chaerii's edits or resculpts from avatars or assets in any form is prohibited. 

・You may not use parts from my avatars for your own. You must obtain the assets from the original creator.

・All uploads of avatars must be Private on VRChat.

・Leaking/sharing any avatars and assets is prohibited. This includes re-distributing or uploading packages publicly.

・No reselling edited versions of avatars or textures from Chaerii.

・All texture packages CAN be used on private, public, and commercial models. They can NOT be used on free and nitro avatars.

・My avatars are allowed to be used for streaming/video purposes etc.

・You MUST credit me by linking my Store [ https://chaerii.store ] and my Discord [ chaerii.vr ].

・Price splitting is NOT allowed. 

・If you modify Chaerii's avatars and break the avatar our staff is not required to help fix those errors.

・If you are editing any avatars as a Quest conversion commission BOTH PARTIES MUST PURCHASE the avatars.

・Any for sale textures for my furry avatars must be from scratch. Do not resell any part of textures made by Chaerii.
